ARMS
Q-ARM-18ART .
All ARMS: This is the Arm. The black part is flexible and can be bent to position the mouse. Do NOT try to make tight bends. Because the Arm is flexible the mouse may not be as stable as desired, because of this the Arm should not be longer than needed to mount your mouse. The Arm is available with an 18”, 24”, & 30” flexible portion. The articulating end (which adds up to additional 9.8” in length, depending on how you maneuver it) is intended to make the final mouse positioning easy. The single black knob needs to be loosened several turns to allow complete movement of the device. When tightening the knob, it should be snug, but do not overtighten it as the ends of the device can be destroyed.
Q-ARM-24ART
24” ARM: If the mouse is intended to be supported to the left of the operator the 24” arm is recommended. This arm is 6” longer than the 18” to accommodate the left-hand mounting of the mouse or in cases where the clamp is mounted further than normal from the operator.
Q-ARM-30ART
30” ARM: The 30” is not a recommended arm unless absolutely necessary, because with longer arms comes more slop/play.
CLAMPS
C-Clamp (Q-CLAMP)
This is the standard clamp. This clamp is intended to be used on a square edged surface up to 1 7/8-inch-thick with at least a 1 1/2-inch overhang. The Quick connect coupler has a rotational tolerance that can allow your mouse to have undesired movement. If it is possible, orient the stud on the clamp horizontally so when connected to the Arm the problem is eliminated.
Pipe Clamp (Q-CLAMP-56)
This clamp is better suited to attach to an irregular table edge or a pipe. The flexible dual stud couplers can be rotated to accommodate efficient use of the available arm length. The natural rotational tolerance of the quick connect coupler can be positioned to prevent the undesired slop.
Table Clamp w/Turret (Q-CLAMP-360)
Same clamp as Q-CLAMP with a rotating head that can be adjusted to any position, with dual studs making it easier to orient the arm to eliminate the tolerance issue.
